Nice, small, shady, quiet park in Winnie, South East Texas. This is the nicest RV Park in the area. There are trees, grass, graveled pads, small washateria, plus storage buildings. Also a 12X20 building which is currently used as a sewing studio. Includes grounds care equipment. Half of the 19 spaces are rented by permanent residents. The others mostly rent by the month and are local workers. Located in a quiet part of town, but close to I-10, only 20 miles from the Gulf, 30 miles from Beaumont and Port Arthur and 60 miles from Houston. Has good income.
